Cancellation policy
This policy explains how you can change or cancel purchases made through our store.
Standard Orders
When you place an order for a specific date, please ensure your requested delivery or pickup date is correct at the time of ordering. Because our arrangements are prepared fresh for your chosen date, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery or pickup. If you need to change or cancel an order outside of this window, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@bloomsbybec.com.au.
Classes & Workshops
Tickets for classes and workshops may be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the event. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund, but your ticket will be converted to store credit which can be used on any future purchase. Tickets may also be transferred to another person at any time — just let us know.
If we cancel an event, or make a significant change such as a date or venue change that no longer suits you, you will be entitled to a full refund regardless of when you purchased your ticket. This is in addition to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term — if you don't wish to renew, you can cancel at any time.
To cancel or change your subscription, use the link in your order confirmation email to manage your subscription directly. You can also contact us at orders@bloomsbybec.com.au.
