At Blooms by Bec, we take pride in the quality of our arrangements and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Fresh Flowers
Because our arrangements are made from fresh, perishable product, any concerns must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. To help us assess the issue, please contact us with a photo of the arrangement at info@bloomsbybec.com.au. The original arrangement must be returned to our store at 577 Morphett Road, Shop 6, Seacombe Gardens before a replacement can be provided.
What We Offer
Where we agree that an arrangement does not meet a satisfactory standard, we will provide a replacement arrangement of equal value. This applies to quality issues as well as arrangements damaged or significantly delayed in delivery.
What We Don't Cover
We are unable to offer replacements for arrangements that have not been cared for in accordance with our care instructions, or where concerns are raised more than 24 hours after delivery or pickup. We also do not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind on custom or personalised orders.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any guarantee, right or remedy you are entitled to by law.
