  • Do you offer same day delivery?

    Same day delivery is available for orders placed before 11am. Otherwise, orders will be delivered the next day.
    Delivery is not available on Sundays or Public holidays (excluding Mother's Day).

  • Can I make specific requests for an arrangement?

    Of course! We make custom arrangements daily. If you're after something specific, please contact the studio on the number below and one of the Blooms team will be happy to assist you.

  • What happens with my gift message?

    A complimentary gift card is sent with every order, unless no message is provided. We also have larger gift cards available for purchase, either over the phone or in-store.

  • What if someone isn't home for delivery?

    Don’t worry! We’ll leave them in a safe spot with a big drink of water. If our courier can’t find anywhere safe to leave them, we’ll contact you to arrange another time.

  • What if I need to make changes to my order?

    Contact our studio and we’ll work with you to accommodate your changes as best we can. Please quote your order number to assist in making changes.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel with 48 hours notice. Alternatively we can work with you to find a solution. Contact our studio and one of the Blooms team can assist you.

  • What's the best way to take care of my arrangement?

    Bouquets should go straight into water and topped up regularly. A fresh trim of the stems every few days helps to ensure they stay happier longer. Succulent pots only need a couple sprays of water once a week.

  • How long will an arrangement last?

    Flowers are a natural product and so we can’t guarantee how long arrangements will last. We pride ourselves on supplying only the freshest blooms, however external factors out of our control may reduce the life of the flowers. If care is taken, bunches will bring joy for weeks after delivery.
